ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED EACH MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR HOLIDAYS OR NON - BUSINESS DAYS. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED USING USPS OR UPS SHIPPING. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. 

SHIPPING RATES:

SHIPPING RATE IS ALWAYS $3.00. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAY (NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS). ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAY MONDAYS WILL BEGIN PROCESSING ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION/ LOST PACKAGES:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DELIVERED INCORRECTLY OR LOST DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REDELIVERY COST. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY. 

RETURNS:

WE TRULY HOPE YOU ARE 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE! HOWEVER, DUE TO SANITARY/HEALTH REASONS, OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED AND IN UNUSABLE CONDITION, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED (DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY). DAMAGE DONE AFTER RECEIVING AN ITEM WILL NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
